Yesterday, a group of my closest friends and I went for a day out in Swanage, which is fairly close to where we live, we just had to catch a bus which took us over on the ferry. The night before we stayed over at Molly's house, and walked to the train station from there. After a bit of a dispute about walking through the train station with a woman who made us turn around and walk all around the station (I won't tell the full story because I could go off on a rant for hours) we got on the bus and off we went. The day actually went very smoothly, and we had a lovely day. When we first arrived, our first mission was to buy some food. We ate chips, and then went for a mooch around the shops. We got a bit over excited in one shop, called 'Curiosity' because it sold such nice, cute things and was very cheap! We spent almost a whole hour in there. We then looked around a few more shops, and then made our way down to the seafront for some ice cream. I had a strawberries and cream flavour ice cream in a cone with sprinkles, and a fudge stick. But I don't really like cones so I gave that part to my Laura! We then took some photos, which is something we all really like to do, Laura and I often volunteer our cameras to our friends, and I like that because when I get home I have lots of photos that I didn't take, or wasn't aware were being taken and it's like I get to relive it all over again! We then went into the arcade and won a total of 28 lollipops on the 2p slot machines! We then took the bus back home. The photos below are just a selection of my favourites really, and the last one is in the sepia like tone because the lighting wasn't very good, and it is the only group one I have! I'm not normally a fan of effects!

I really like this photo of Laura and her fancy camera!

I also took a few videos that I'm going to try and piece together using iMovie (probably won't turn out too well!) as I'm hoping to start a YouTube channel and start vlogging. But no promises!
If you have finished exams like I have, well done! If you are still going, good luck and it will all soon be over. I also went to London to see Bruce Springsteen as part of my dad's fathers day present, but they don't allow cameras like mine at Wembley so I don't have a pictures to share! I hope you have all had a lovely few days.
Thank you for reading, Megan x
