Laura (Introducing my friends)

Laura and I have been friends since the start (pretty much) of year seven. We became friends because Molly and I used to talk about ghost stories with Laura and Mollie at lunch times. We were very cool. Quite frankly not a lot has changed. Laura has been a constant friend of mine, and I would class her as one of my best friends, and we always find something to discuss, whether it be mundane things, cute things or more philosophical discussions (adoption, abortion, how to run the world etc)!

I guess we became really close in Year Ten, when we went to Belgium on a history trip. Laura was in my history class, it was the only lesson we had together from Year Ten onwards, and we weren't at all excited to be going on this trip. We thought it was going to be boring, but I can honestly say it was amazing, and a trip I will never forget. What made it so special for me was that Laura, Holly, Phoebe and I got on so well and we had such a laugh, and the actual trip was really interesting and not at all boring. Not that we weren't close before hand, but since this trip I feel like I know Laura a million times better. We laughed, sang along to Celien Dion on the coach (love you Fred) and just had an all round fab time. During the summer holidays of Year Ten, I saw Laura a lot, and we went to Days in Bournemouth and ate fried food and spoke about deep and meaningful things and it was really lovely!

Since then, we've remained so close. I love that our friendship group is so strong, and Laura is a very big part of it for me. We all go on days out and have generally cute times together, and I am insanely jealous of Laura's amazing photography, and her creativity. I've basically come to the conclusion that everyone needs a Laura in there life!

I feel like I haven't written much, and I haven't done Laura justice. She is one of my best friends because she is so funny, and I know that whenever I meet up with her, I will have a lovely time, because we just seemed to click right back in Year 7, and at least to me, nothing has changed between us since then. Laura and I were assembly reps together for like two years I think, and I remember writing assemblies, (well Laura pretty much always wrote them, I just gave unhelpful suggestions) and I always remember that one time, we forgot to write anything, and the assembly was on team work so after frantically texting one and other we decided to have like a balloon race between each class. And as weird as this sounds, with Laura the friendship has always been kind of like team work, Laura has always been there to help me out, or listen to me whining on, and has generally supported me lots and lots, and I'm so grateful to her, and I think we make a pretty good team! I hope she agrees! I hope we will continue to be best friends throughout sixth form, because I love her loads and will be sad not to be in a form with her.

I will add some photographs now, and I will also tell you all to find Laura's blog, she is a much better blogger than me, and is pretty internet famous if I'm honest. If you look at my following list, you will find her. Also, I think she is on lots of other social networking sites, and her Instagram is lovely, so follow her on there (her name is vintagekisses) and you can read all about her in her bio!

This was on a day out to Boscombe Gardens and the beach, and I have this photo up on my memory board in my bedroom.

Laura and I in a trench in Belgium, on the first day of the tip. I love this photo so much.

Laura is dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood here, and I am Daphne from Scooby Do, and this was for our leavers day celebrations.

I love this photograph. It is taken on the same day as the very first photograph, and I just love it because its not focused on our faces and it looks natural and sweet.

The only photo I have of Laura and I on the night of our prom, Laura's dress was lovely, and she looks radiant!

Finally, I stole this photograph from Laura, I hope she doesn't mind! It was on a day out at Hengistbury Head, and I like this photo a lot, because it has a nice background and I just like it!

I hope you are enjoying these blog posts, and don't forget to comment if you have any questions, suggestions or queries!
